• No Training: We do not use your content to train AI models (see our Privacy Policy)

6.3 Third-Party AI Providers

Generated content may be subject to the terms of our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You are responsible for complying with their acceptable use policies.

• As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• No Professional Advice: AI output is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
